Section 1 General Rules

• Active email address

If false information is provided, the account will be closed and all balances and bonuses in that account will be forfeited.

Section 3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your j33bmw account password and login details completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. If not reported in time, j33bmw will not be held responsible for those transactions.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Section 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are currently accepted for making deposits on the j33bmw platform:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (three hundred taka)
• The same minimum amount applies for all methods
• Deposits must be made from a registered mobile banking account
• Deposits through third parties are not accepted

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (five hundred taka)
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours

• Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 1.1% cashback per week
• Platinum: up to 1.5% cashback per week

VIP tier advancement depends on your activity and participation on the platform. j33bmw reserves the right to change VIP terms at any time.

Section 6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when conducting betting activity on j33bmw:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• Each game or betting market has its own applicable rules
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake amount will be refunded
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to j33bmw's established policy

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

International sports betting standards are followed for cricket and other sports betting. Betting on any tournament including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup is conducted under j33bmw's specific sports betting rules.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

Live casino games and slot games are operated by third-party game provider software. The outcomes of these games are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are completely fair.

Section 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j33bmw platform:

• Attempting to intrude into, hack or carry out any other cyber attack on the platform's systems or software
• Any kind of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse (including bonus arbitrage)
• Using multiple accounts to exploit the system
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Operating an account under another user's identity
• Using automated bots or software to conduct betting activity
• Coordinated betting against the platform or game manipulation
• Using the platform for unlawful or unethical purposes

In no circumstances shall j33bmw's total liability exceed the amount of that specific transaction.

• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months)
• Order from a court or government authority

11.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Contact our support team to make the request. An opportunity to withdraw all eligible balances will be provided before the account is closed.

Section 12 Changes & Amendments

j33bmw reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform.

For significant changes, j33bmw will attempt to notify users via their registered email address or through a notice on the platform. However, continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered as acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.

Any prior agreements or commitments that are inconsistent with these terms and conditions shall be considered null and void.
